I’ve been testing the eufy Robot Vacuum Omni C20 for a while now, and I can’t get over how impressive this model is for the price. I’ve tested dozens of different robot vacuum models in 2024 alone, so I’m something of an expert on the matter.

The Omni C20 features things like 7,000Pa max suction, an anti-tangle roller, auto-empty, and an auto-washing mop with auto-refill. Other models with these features typically cost well over $1,000.

In my tests, I found that the eufy Omni C20 performed as advertised. It does a great job of picking up dirt and debris. It’s also very good with pet hair, which is a huge pain point for many pet owners. I haven’t had to detangle the roller brush a single time, even though I have a long-haired dog that sheds constantly.

As far as drawbacks go, the only one to speak of is that this model lacks the fancy LIDAR navigation that you find on other robot vacuums with similar features. It can obviously still map and navigate just fine, but it doesn’t have the same advanced obstacle navigation that you might find on more expensive models.

That’s probably not a problem for most buyers, though, and it also means that the eufy Robot Vacuum Omni C20 doesn’t have a huge protrusion on the top like other robovacs. In fact, this model is ultra-slim at just 3.35 inches tall, which means it can fit under low furniture much better than other models.
